Ambleside cottage has two bedrooms (One double and one twin), shower room, lounge and open plan kitchen/family room. At the front of the cottage is a sun porch and to the side is a wooden summer house.

The lounge contains a 2 seater settee and 2 single chairs. The corner window provides a view across Broadford Bay to the Island of Pabay.

There is a 32" widescreen television with Digital freeview satellite and DVD player.The room also has a log burning stove with logs available for guests.

A steep narrow traditional stairs leads to the bathroom and two bedrooms.

Both bedrooms have coombed ceilings.

Please be aware that due to the traditional style of the bedrooms there are no wardrobes although both rooms have a chest of drawers.

The twin bedroom has two single beds with bedside table.

The shower room has a large shower and heated towel rail. Towels are supplied.

The room has an excellent view across to Beinn na Caillich

The sitting room has an open fire and doubles as a  dining room with circular oak table and sitting room with settee.

The open plan kitchen is accessed from the sitting room and is fitted with a built in fan oven/grill and ceramic hob.

There is also a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave oven.

The cottage has ample private parking space and stands in approximately a quarter acre of garden which is mainly grassed and fenced on all sides.

There is a summerhouse outside the cottage with a South Westerly aspect allowing enjoyment of the late evening sun
